Heping community, covering an area of about 1 square kilometer, is located in the outskirts of Wenjiang District of Chengdu City, close to the Strait science and Technology Industrial Park of Chengdu City, and located in the center of Wenjiang university town. It is the largest concentrated residential area for farmers in Wenjiang city. There are 7 streets, 7 resident groups, 3 units under its jurisdiction, with a total number of 738 households and a total population of 2281.
