Chaoyang community, located in Shengsi County, Zhejiang Province, was established in June 2005. It is a new fishing and rural community jointly established by Bianjiao village and Huicheng village.

By the end of 2007, there were 1023 residents in the community, with a total population of 2566; there were 1 general Party branch, 2 Party branches, 10 party groups and 105 party members in the community; there was 1 Community Management Committee; there were 608 fishermen and 104 boats, including 75 boats with more than 60 horsepower. The fishery production operations included sail net, soft skin net, crab cage, light fast towing and small machine sliding net . In 2007, the total income of community economy was 77.66 million yuan, and the annual per capita net income of residents was 101.36 yuan, of which the total fishery output was 115.79 tons and the total output value was 61.79 million yuan. In the community, there are liujingtan scenic spot which has been developed and operated, sanghetao scenic spot which is under construction, and Chaoyang fishing platform which will be built soon. In 2007, a total of 60000 tourists were received, and the tourism income was nearly 1 million yuan. There are four large and small enterprises in the community, mainly in ship building, ice making and maritime transportation. It is a key fishery, industry and tourism community in Wulong township. in 2007, the community passed the examination and acceptance of the superior competent department, and successively won various honors, such as the five good community party organization of the county "pioneer project", the excellent community for county Party members to contact and serve the masses, the national family planning advanced association, the county-level safe establishment advanced unit, and the township level advanced collective.
