Beishan Township
Beishan township is a township under the jurisdiction of Duchang County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. It is located in the north of Duchang County, bordering wangdun Township in the East, Wanli Avenue in the South and Poyang Lake in the West. There is a solid Jishan Lake dyke, Xiaba, as a barrier, facing Zuoli across Xinmiao Lake in the north. BeiDuo highway runs through the whole territory, with convenient transportation and well-informed information. The total area of the township is 56.17 square kilometers, with 25485 permanent residents (2017). It has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages and 2 neighborhood committees.

Agriculture
Agriculture is dominated by rice, cotton, wheat and soybean, and aquaculture is developed. There are porcelain clay mines in Beishan. There are more than 1000 skilled workers engaged in porcelain industry in jingzhende. Moreover, there are many masters who control the main technical types of daily porcelain and art porcelain. Some skilled workers retired and returned home. As early as the 1980s, the township government established the first porcelain factory in the county and recruited a number of skilled workers to produce "Daily" porcelain and art porcelain.
Industry
Beishan is close to the county seat, and township enterprises mainly include Furong brick factory and construction industry. There are more self-employed individuals in the transportation of trucks.
