Longhe Town, belonging to Ding'an County, Hainan Province, is located in the southwest of Ding'an County, with Longmen town in the East, Hanlin town in the south, Tunchang town in the West and Fuwen town in the north. It covers an area of 120.03 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the population of dragon river town registered residence was 33886.

In 1624, Longtang city was set up, belonging to Ding'an County. In September 2002, it was renamed Longhe town. As of June 2020, Longhe town has jurisdiction over one community, 13 administrative villages and one village level unit. The town people's government is located in Longtang community.
