Zhonglu ancient site

Zhonglu ancient site is located in Zhonglu Township, just in front of Mt. Mordo. There is a flat dam on the hillside. In the early 1980s, a group of stone coffins and ancient sites belonging to the Neolithic spring and Autumn Warring States period were found here. The sarcophagus tombs are overlapped, and all the heads of the tombs face the main peak of Mordor mountain, showing the remains of primitive nature worship. Sichuan provincial government announced in December 1996 that it is a provincial cultural relics protection unit.
