Xingnong town belongs to Mingshui County, Heilongjiang Province, with a total area of 40 square kilometers and a total population of 84200, including 82500 non-agricultural population.

Xingnong Town, from the original only 100 households to farming as the main farmers, has gradually developed into agricultural products and agricultural products processing based farmers trading market. After the opening of Huhai Railway (now Binbei railway) in 1925, residents gathered and poured into a group of industrial and commercial households mainly engaged in handicraft industry and commercial service industry, forming small towns. Today, Suiling Town, with a total area of 40 square kilometers, is a pure non-agricultural population town with no jurisdiction over rural areas and a total of 8 streets. The industrial and commercial enterprises of the whole county are mainly concentrated in the town, and Suiling forestry bureau is located in the north of the town. At the end of 1992, the total population of the town was 84200, of which 82500 were non-agricultural; the population of Manchu, Hui, Korean and other ethnic minorities accounted for about 2%. The town government is located in the southwest Street of the town. Later, it merged in Suiling town.
