Sandao Town, belonging to Nehe City, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Baiquan County. It is adjacent to Yonghe Township, hailun city in the East, Guangrong Township, Mingshui County in the south, Xinsheng Township in the West and Xingguo Township in the north. It is 35 kilometers away from Baiquan County, with a total administrative area of 341 square kilometers.

By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in three towns was 49157. In 2019, Sandao town governs 14 administrative villages, and the people's government is located in Hexin village.

History of construction

In the 35th year of the Republic of China (November 1946), Sandao town and Xiude District in Baiquan County and five districts in the west of hailun county were divided into six districts: Sandao town and Xiude, Baixiang, Lunhe, Fengshan, shuishiying and Sanshenggong. In August 1948, Tongken county was abolished and Sandao town was changed into Sandao Town, belonging to Baiquan County.

In 1958, Sandao town was changed into Xianfeng commune.

In 1960, it was renamed Sandao town commune.

In 1983, the commune of Sandao town was changed into Sandao town.
