Yangcun township is located in Hecheng District, Huaihua City, Hunan Province. The population is 10240.

Located in the southeast of Hecheng District, 2km away from the city, it is a suburb township. The township governs 7 villages, 72 groups and 10240 people, including changnipo, Hetang, Yangcun, Qiaoqiao, putianlong, Shuilong and PIPO.
