Fulin Town, belonging to Tonghe County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the west of Tonghe County, adjacent to Songhua River in the south, Huashan forest farm of Xinglin democratic Forest Management Institute and county in the north, and Tonghe town and nonghe town in the East and West.
