Jianshe Road sub district office was established in October 1955. It is located in the south of Jianshe Road, the east of Funiu Road, the west of Gongren road and the north of Zhongyuan Road. It covers an area of 1.02 square kilometers and has a permanent resident population of 43000. It is the seat of the Central Plains District Party committee and government, and is also the earliest office in Zhongyuan District.
