Located in the northeast of Yichou City, Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It covers an area of 124 square kilometers. The population is 15000, of which the Zhuang nationality accounts for 98%. It has jurisdiction over 5 village committees and 61 natural villages. Sanhe Township in 1950. In 1958, it belonged to Zhonghe commune. In 1962, it belonged to Xiaolong district. In 1966, it belonged to Liuhe commune. Sanhe township was established in 1984. It produces sugarcane.
