The purpose of the Journal

The purpose of new urban and rural is to conform to the process of integration of urban and rural development, base on Sichuan, observe the whole country, focus on the development strategy of multi-point and multi polar support of Sichuan provincial Party committee and Sichuan Provincial People's government, promote the synchronous development of new industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, and report the new ideas, new practices, new achievements and new experiences of Sichuan This paper interprets the development model of other provinces and cities in China.
