Caijiahui town

Caijiahui town is located in the southwest of Xingxian County, adjacent to hejiahui Township and gedashang Township in the East and west respectively, bordered by Dadu Mountain in the South and leijiaqi Township in Linxian County, and luoyukou town in the north, with a total land area of 163.96 square kilometers. Zaocai highway runs from east to west, 75 kilometers away from the county and more than 20 kilometers away from the Yellow River. The town has 14 administrative villages, 41 natural villages, 2678 households and 11206 people (2017) ）In 2010, the per capita net income of farmers was 1742 yuan.

General situation of the town

Basic information

Caijiahui town is located in the gullies of the Loess Plateau. It is a pure agricultural town with backward production and hard living conditions. It is an ancient town in Southwest China with profound cultural heritage, prosperous market towns and frequent material exchanges. In recent years, the rise and construction of jujube companies and professional cooperatives have promoted the rapid economic development of the whole town.

Development status

Caijiahui town is a remote and backward pure agricultural town. Over the years, all previous Party committees and governments have tried their best to increase farmers' income by focusing on agriculture, and achieved gratifying results, especially the results are obvious to all. They have done the following work.

（1） Pay attention to infrastructure and enrich all industries

1. From the hardened opening of 25 km Shizhang line in 2007, the hardened opening of kaicai highway, to the hardened cement of 14 villages in 2010, and the hardened opening of caijiahui village transit highway, a new chapter of economic construction of caijiahui was opened.

2. The resettlement project has been implemented in caijiahui village since 2007 and 2008. 507 people from seven villages have moved from Shanzhuang Wopu to the new village. The new rural construction was carried out in four villages, and the whole village promotion was carried out in two villages.

（2） Focusing on people's livelihood and seeking development is the absolute principle. How to give full play to the word "development" is an important work idea of previous leaders. Taking "agriculture" as a breakthrough point, agricultural villages and towns should make an issue of "agriculture". In the past three years, there have been 7 new dam sites, 420 mu of silt dam land, 630 mu of Machine-Built terraces and 500 mu of padded land. We should continue to give full play to the regional advantages, plant small grains and try our best to increase farmers' income.

（3） Adjusting the structure and increasing the income of farmers only takes planting as their income, which restricts their income. How to increase their income and create income, we must adjust the industrial structure, that is, to drive agriculture by enterprises. With HP professional cooperatives as the leader, a group of small coarse cereals processing enterprises with bean flour as the main part will be driven to develop. With Jinsui jujube company as the driving force, other enterprises will move in, forming a new pattern of Enterprise Plus agriculture, and promoting the comprehensive and sustainable economic development of caijiahui town.
