The township government is 12 km away from the county seat. It covers an area of 49.16 square kilometers, but the exit trunk roads such as Jilian expressway, national highway 319 and Yongxia deviate from the rural area. Villages are mainly concentrated on both sides of Yiyang road. "Two mountains form one Chong, one river runs through the whole township.". Liu Yi

from Jiangfang village, Zaizhong Township, Yongxin County, Jiangxi Province. He joined the Communist Youth League of China in 1931 and transferred to the Communist Party of China in 1932. During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, he served as chairman of the village Soviet government, vice chairman of the district Soviet government, acting Minister of the magistrate Department of the county Soviet government, chairman of the Gannan special field court, and director of the magistrate Office of the Political Department of the fifth Red Army Corps. Took part in the long march. From 1909 to 1965, he was born in Zaizhong village, Yongxin County, Jiangxi Province. He was born in xiepi village, Zaizhong Township, Yongxin County, Jiangxi Province in 1915. He once served as political commissar of the 84th division of the 28th army of the 10th corps of the North China military region, vice political commissar of the 28th army, director of the Logistics Department of the Fujian military region, deputy secretary of the Party committee, and deputy commander of the Fuzhou military region. He was awarded the rank of major general in 1955. He was awarded the second level August 1st medal, the second level independent freedom medal and the second level Liberation Medal; he was awarded the first level Red Star Medal in July 1988; Comrade long Feihu is a deputy to the Fifth National People's Congress and an alternate representative to the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
