Qilong village in Shuanghe township is a new rural pilot village in Mingshan County, "Provincial Ecological Civilization Village" and "Municipal Spiritual Civilization Village". Located in the southeast of Mingshan County, it is 24 kilometers away from Mingshan County, 8 kilometers away from Taiping Station of Chengdu Ya'an expressway, 105 kilometers away from Chengdu in the northeast, 36 kilometers away from Ya'an in the west, and 12 kilometers away from Wangchang town of Danling in the south. The village covers an area of 3.8 square kilometers, with Pingba as the main terrain. It governs 5 communities, 310 households and 1023 people.
