Qili township is located in the middle of Pujiang County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. It is close to Puyang town in the West and south, Yantou town in the East, yuzhai town and hangping town in the north. The Township People's government is located in Qili Village, 3.5km away from the county seat, which is the name of the township. Xianhua mountain, a provincial scenic spot, stands in the north of Jingjing. The Pujiang River passes through Lujin to zhengjiawu highway and passes through Jingnan.

Regionalization

Qili township area, in the late Qing Dynasty is a township of virtue. During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to Xianhua Township, Puyang District, and later to Xiannan and Xianbei townships. In May 1949, the whole county was liberated, belonging to Xianhua township. In October 1950, it was divided into three townships: Qili, Fangzhai and houlang. In June 1956, houlang township was merged into Qili township. In October 1958, Chengguan commune was established as Qili district and Fangzhai district (later renamed as brigade). In July 1961, Qili and Fangzhai merged into Qili commune, belonging to Pujiang district. In January 1967, it was directly under the county. In September 1980, the district system was restored, belonging to Chengguan District. In September 1983, the government and society were divided into townships.

Shanxiafan agricultural comprehensive development is located at the foot of Xianhua mountain, a provincial scenic spot, with an area of 14000 mu. The project was started in October 1996 and completed in July 1998. With an investment of 2.3375 million yuan, 13000 mu of medium and low yield farmland will be reconstructed, 300 mu of protective forest will be built, 41.6 km of channels will be excavated, 30.2 km of lined channels will be built, 2 new pumping stations will be built, the installed capacity will be 30.5 kW, 0.82 km of underground pipelines will be laid, 281 canal supporting buildings will be built, and 11.41 km of mechanized roads will be built and expanded. 400 mu of science and technology demonstration square, initially implementing the "Five Unifications" low compensation service of modern agricultural comprehensive development demonstration park. It passed the provincial acceptance in October and was rated as excellent project. Zhejiang Bailian industry and Trade Group Co., Ltd. mainly produces silk stockings and cotton stockings. The products are exported to Japan, South Korea and other countries, earning an annual export of 31.74 million yuan. mount xianhua

In the north of the border, Xianhua mountain rises. It is unique in central Zhejiang for its unique peak forest and Qingxi valley. Song Lian, a famous scholar in the Ming Dynasty, once praised it as "the most beautiful area between heaven and earth" and a provincial scenic spot. There are four scenic spots: Xianhua peak forest, Baozhang Valley, Meiwu Xiuxue and Xianhu Bishui. The main peak, Jungfrau peak, is 728 meters above sea level. It is said that the Xuanyuan maiden was named after her ascent to heaven. During the reign of emperor ningzong of the Song Dynasty, Zhaoling palace was built for worship. In recent years, it has been expanded again. On the left side of the mountain, Baozhang mountain is named after Baozhang (thousand year old monk), a famous Indian monk in the Tang Dynasty, who lived in tin. There are Baozhang temple, three caves and cold spring. Jinkengling reservoir at the foot of the mountain is beautiful. There is an endless stream of tourists inside and outside the province.
