Henan Street is located in the south of Xinxing district. In the East, yijiachun is connected with Xinli street; in the west, Boli mine is connected with gangyaogou street.

To the East, yijiachun is connected with Xinli street; to the west, Boli mine is connected with gangyaogou street; to the south, shiliangzhongchang is connected with Taihe village of Hongqi Town; to the north, Zhengyang Road is adjacent to Xinghua street and Xinhe street. There are 13 government functionaries and 41 community functionaries (including 18 community neighborhood committee directors, 12 labor assistants, 4 social workers, 4 university students employed by rainbow project and 3 logistics personnel). The total area of the street is 14 square kilometers, which is divided into four communities: Jinsong community, Xiafei community, Xiangrong community, Chunxiao community, 18 residents committees, with a total population of 14406 (2010). Henan Street was founded in 1968. During the cultural revolution, it was renamed Hongwei street. After the cultural revolution, its original name was restored to Henan Street. There are abundant underground coal resources. Due to many years of large-scale mining, the surface subsidence has reached 10 square kilometers, resulting in 6909 damaged houses. After examination, 1167 houses have been relocated due to subsidence. there are 336 enterprises and institutions stationed in the street, including Xinxing Coal Mine of state-owned seven coal companies, Tianlong coal preparation plant of private enterprises, Hongyu home appliance company, Fanrong home appliance company, No.2 bus team of the city, etc. There are also 9 public and private schools, such as No.1 middle school, No.4 primary school and private school for educating talents. There are municipal maternal and child health hospital, new rich mine hospital, Xinxing Office of ICBC, Xinxing Office of ABC and Xinxing Branch of Bank of China. Yibao Road, Qibo road and Taihe Road are crisscross, passing through the street, with convenient transportation. There are 869 low-income households with 2650 people in the street. There are 280 laid-off and unemployed people in the street, more than 100 of them have participated in employment training; 150 of them have been re employed; there is one Christian Church, 535 of them are religious in the street; there are 5219 women of childbearing age in the street, 83 of them were born in 2005; there are 12 five good families in the street.
