Gongba Town, subordinate to Zhouqu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the southeast of Zhouqu County, connecting pingya Township in the East, qugaona Township in the southeast and Boyu Township in the south. The area is 193.36 square kilometers. In 2018, 6019 people registered residence.

In 1958, chagang District returned to Zhouqu County and established Gongba commune. In 1984, it was changed into Gongba township. In 2018, the township will be changed into a town. In June 2020, Gongba town governs 11 administrative villages.

Gongba town is low in Northeast and high in southwest. The terrain is hilly and mountainous area. The main mountains are Luotuo mountain and Yangzhuang mountain. The highest altitude in the territory is 3500 meters, and the lowest altitude is 1580 meters.
