There are 2 professional breeding villages and 5 small and medium-sized breeding plants in Zhaobao township. The development momentum of animal husbandry is strong. 4200 mu of farmland has been converted to forests and 6000 mu of barren hills have been forested. The northern hilly area is suitable for tobacco planting, and the tobacco planting area of the whole township is maintained at more than 3000 mu. The geological and mineral resources of Zhaobao town mainly include bauxite, barite, quartz, etc., and the exploitation and utilization of these resources have begun to take shape. Sihe reservoir is the only medium-sized reservoir in the county, with an annual irrigation area of more than 6000 mu.
