Xinfu Township

Xinfu Township, belonging to Zhaozhou County, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, is located 30 kilometers in the west of Zhaozhou County, adjacent to Xingcheng town and Yongle Town in the East and south, and laoshantou Township and Zhusan Township in Datong District in the southwest and northwest. The total area of the jurisdiction is 343.52 square kilometers, and the total registered residence population is 33241 (2018).

In April 1961, Xinfu commune was set up in some villages of Yongle Town, belonging to Zhaozhou county. In 1984, the commune was transformed into a township. In 2001, Shuanglongshan township was incorporated into the city. As of October 2019, Xinfu township has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages, and the township government is stationed in Xinfu village.

Zhaozhou melon seeds
