Shengli town

Shengli Street, Shuangliu District, Chengdu is located in the north foot of Muma mountain and the hinterland of Muma mountain tourism new town. It is 18km away from Chengdu City, 5km away from Shuangliu Airport and 4km away from Shuangliu County. The Jinma River and the Fu River lie on the left and right, and the Chuanzang Road, Chengya Road, Chengle Dajian road and Chengkun railway pass through them. Mushan Avenue, a 4-lane highway with a total length of 4 km and a width of 24 m, is directly connected with Shuangliu County and Shuangliu International Airport. Water, electricity, gas, road, optical fiber TV, optical fiber communication, mobile phone base station and other infrastructure are perfect.

Qushangcheng, the capital of cancong king of ancient Shu, is located in Shengli town. It is the birthplace of farming culture in ancient Shu.

In 1981, Shuangliu County Reform commune changed its name to Shengli commune. In 1982, Shengli township was established.

On March 26, 2016, the municipal government officially approved the request for instructions on adding sub district offices in six towns including Yong'an Town, and agreed to add sub district offices in Shengli Town, Shuangliu district.

In December 2019, Shengli town will be abolished and its administrative region will be put under the jurisdiction of Huangshui town.

Shengli town is also called Zengjia store.

Even in 1950, there were only a dozen families here, and the streets were narrow and short, only tens of meters long. The street runs north and south, and the pavement is mostly board shop. There is a single street. There is a stage at the south end of the street and a primary school (now Shengli middle school) in the West.

In the early years of the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Yongfu Township in the southwest. In the early years of the Republic of China, Xiang proposed to oppose feudal autocracy and support the reform. He once set up a memorial archway on the street and named it "reform archway". Later, he built a township, which was called Weixin township. In 1958, the reform commune was established with the "integration of government and society". During the cultural revolution, it was renamed "Shengli commune" because of the homonym between the reform and Wenxing. Victory is still in use today.

In December 2019, Chengdu City approved the request for instructions on the adjustment of administrative divisions of some townships (streets) in 15 districts (cities) and counties, including Longquanyi District. Shengli town was cancelled and its administrative area was put under the jurisdiction of Huangshui town. The people's Government of Huangshui town was stationed at No. 1, Shunhe Shangjie.

Shengli town has an average annual temperature of 16.42 ° C, an average precipitation of 917mm and an area of 34.3km2, rich in glauberite resources. The town governs 4 administrative villages, 2 community neighborhood committees and 44 Village (neighborhood) groups, with a total population of more than 16000. It is a demonstration base of Ma sheep breeding in Chengdu and a production base of pollution-free agricultural products in Sichuan Province.
