Shaling town
Shaling Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Taizihe District, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the west of Liaoyang City, bordering Qijia town by Shenda Expressway in the East, Xinglong Town and Liuerbao town in Liaoyang County in the south, huangniwa town in Liaoyang County in the West and Taizihe River in the north, with an administrative area of 102 square kilometers.
In 1948, Shaling District of Liaoyang County was established; in September 1984, Shaling town was changed; in 2011, it was assigned to Taizihe district. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Sha Ling town was 42180. As of June 2020, Shaling town has 18 administrative villages.
In 2011, the budget revenue of Shaling town was 5.5 million yuan, an increase of 20% over the previous year. In 2018, there were 26 industrial enterprises in Shaling Town, including one above scale and 18 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1948, Shaling District of Liaoyang County was established.
In 1958, Liaoyang County withdrew the district and merged the township, and Shaling district was established as Shaling township.
In September 1958, Shaling commune was established.
In March 1983, Shaling commune was transformed into Shaling township.
In September 1984, Shaling town was changed.
In 2011, it was assigned to Taizihe district.

By the end of 2011, Shaling town had 18 administrative villages: dongganhe, xiganhe, xiaochuangtun, dachuantun, yangyuchi, gaoluozi, shalingtai, xiaoshaling, Jinshantun, Shaling, nanshaling, Xinmin, hanjiatai, qianxiujiang, houxiujiang, bingmatun, Shuangtaizi and houqingdui, with 123 villager groups.
As of June 2020, Shaling town has 18 administrative villages: dongganhe village, xiaochuangtun village, Shaling village, hanjiatai village, yangyuchi village, xiaoshaling village, Jinshantun village, shalingtai village, Shuangtaizi village, Xinmin village, nanshaling village, gaoluozi village, bingmatun village, xiganhe village, dachuantun village, Xiujiang village, houxiujiang village and houqingdui village.
