Shiqiao street is located in the hinterland of Zibo High tech Zone government, bordering sibaoshan in the East, Fangzhen in the west, Panzhuang in Zhangdian city in the South and Guoli town in Huantai County in the north. It covers an area of 48 square kilometers, governs 16 villages, 18 household committees, and has a total population of 89899 (2010). It is the political, economic and cultural center of Zibo High tech Zone.

Shiqiao street is famous for its cultural landscape, including Shiqiao Xiaoyue, Xingguo temple and other historical and cultural relics. * "stone bridge Xiao Yue" is one of the eight scenes of Huantai, located at the east of the North West Bridge. It is said that the stone bridge was built by Lu Ban in ancient times. It is a two-story bridge with three lower holes and five upper holes. The three lower holes are arched. There is a stone carved tiger head in the middle of the hole, which is called "water avoiding beast". There is a night pearl on the tiger head of zhongkong. It is said that the night light can reach 10 li away. On the five holes for the green stone square bridge, for the bridge on the bridge. The small one weighs about a thousand jin, and the large one weighs about a ton. The structure between the stone slabs is tight and there is no gap to take advantage of. The Pearl on the bridge is said to have been stolen by the Allied forces of the eight countries. What later generations saw was only the stone nest on the tiger's head. The old bridge was torn down in 1965. This bridge was rebuilt in that year. Only those with stone nests on the original tiger head are still inlaid on the bridge for permanent memory. Xingguo temple is located at the head of Beishiqiao East West Street. The temple was first built in the Yuan Dynasty. It was originally located in the east of the South Road of ZHUJIAZHUANG. It was rebuilt in the west of the road at the end of the Yuan Dynasty. The rebuilt Xingguo temple is about 50 meters wide from east to west and 80 meters long from south to north. It has two courtyards. There is a main gate in front and a main hall in the back. There are four auxiliary halls on both sides of the East and West, and five main halls. There are red lacquer wooden columns under the corridor. There are 25 Buddha statues in the hall. The Tathagata is located in the center of the main hall, with Manjusri on the left and Puxian on the right. Above the two mountains is the ruins of the 18th Xingguo temple, Luohan. Before the Tathagata, there are Dharma protectors Wei Zhe and Wei Hong, and behind them there is Guanyin sitting upside down. Inside the gate are the four heavenly kings. The Buddha statue is about 3 meters high. Today, there are only 5 remnant walls of the main hall, several incomplete murals, and the Buddha statues have long been destroyed.
