Zaoling Township

Zaoling township is located in the southwest of Xiangning County, facing Shaanxi Province across the Yellow River in the west, Jixian County in the north and Hejin in the south. The township governs 21 village committees, 115 natural villages, 29819 people (2017), with a total area of 237.91 square kilometers. The township party committee has 34 party branches, including 21 in rural areas and 8 in enterprises. There are 698 party members in the township. In 2004, the total industrial output value of the township reached 430.8 million yuan, the industrial added value reached 150.2 million yuan, and the per capita net income reached 2850 yuan.
