Shishan town, belonging to Linghai City, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Linghai City, adjacent to Santaizi town in the East and North, Xietun Township in the south by railway, and baitaizi town in the west, with an administrative area of 87.74 square kilometers.

In 1949, the 11th district of Jianjin County; in 1986, Shishan township was changed into Shishan town; in 1993, Shishan town was changed into Linghai city. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Shi Shan town was 26648. As of June 2020, Shishan town has jurisdiction over 15 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Shishan town is located in Shinan village.
