Hujiazhen, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1962 with a university degree. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and began to work in August 1984. He has successively served as deputy section chief and section chief of the finance and trade section of the economic and Trade Commission of Qujing administration and enterprise reform section chief of the economic and Trade Commission of Qujing City. He is now the chief of the enterprise reform planning and development section of the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of Qujing City.
