History of construction
In 1950, Longjiang and Bajiazi war service working committees were set up.
In 1953, Longjiang and Bajiazi Street offices were established, belonging to the third district of Jinzhou City.
In 1954, Bajiazi Street office was abolished, and the south part of Jiefang Road was transferred to Longjiang Street office.
In July 1955, the third district was renamed Jintie District, and then belonged to Jintie district.
In 1956, Longjiang street was set up.
In April 1959, Jintie district was renamed Linghe District, belonging to Linghe District.
In 1960, Longjiang commune was established, which belongs to Linghe commune.
In 1962, the branch was restored to the street.
