Nanyuan Township is located in the south of Guxian County, adjacent to Anze in the East, Fushan in the south, Hongdong in the west, and national highway 309. Fugu highway runs through the township, so the traffic is very convenient. The township covers a total area of 176 square kilometers and governs 26 administrative villages. Nanyuan Township has beautiful scenery and rich tourism resources. There are zushiding, sujiazhai, mucihe, Paomaping, suanzaowang, Jiangjun tomb and other scenic spots.
