Nandayuan Township, belonging to Lianchi District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the central and southern part of Lianchi District, adjacent to Jiaozhuang Township in the East, Wuyao Township in the southwest, Jingxiu District in the West and Nanguan street in the north. Name and origin

In the Qing Dynasty, in the south of Baoding city wall, the people made a living by planting vegetables, which was called nancaiyuan. After the founding of new China, dongshangpo, xishangpo and nancaiyuan were collectively referred to as nandayuan. The township government was located in the jurisdiction of nandayuan, so it was called nandayuan township.
