Wenquan street is located in Wenxian District of Jiaozuo City. It is the political, economic and cultural center of the whole county, covering an area of about 17 square kilometers and more than 10000 mu of cultivated land.

Evolution of organizational system

On March 16, 2016, Wenxian County adjusted its administrative divisions, including Pingwang, Yandong, Beiye, Mayu, xiashijing and other five administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Xiangyun Town. Wenquan Town, Yuecun Township and nanzhangqiang town were abolished, and four streets of Wenquan, Yuecun, Zhangqiang and Huanghe were set up.
