Shibi township is located in the southeast of Guxian County, which governs Shibi village. It is 10km away from the county seat and connects with Yueyang town in the northwest. It is connected with Jiuxian town and Yongle Township in the south, and Anze County in the East. In general, the whole territory is long in East and West, narrow in North and south, thick in soil and few in stone, rolling in hills, and rich in hills and hills. Shibi River, which is listed as one of the thousands of river basins in China, flows through the whole territory. The thousand year old peony is listed as the largest single tree in China.
