Yicheng County governs the township. In 1961, Xianfeng commune of Chengguan was founded. Located in the west of the county, 4 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 53.76 square kilometers and has a population of 26988 (2017). Hou Yue railway, Hou Er railway and Jin Han highway pass through the territory. It has jurisdiction over 17 village committees in Nantang village, Yuntang village, Beitang village, Dongtang village, Beishi village, fuce village, Fandian village, fanniu village, xixiaping village, dongxiaping village, Xiayang village, Heyun village, Nanding village, changce village, Xiaoshi village, Yuancun village and Qiaopo village. Agricultural products include wheat, corn, cotton, peanuts, etc. Township enterprises include ironworks, paper factories, ceramic factories, etc. The Southern Tang Dynasty is one of the ancient Tang areas. The so-called "Jin Wu Tang Village", namely the middle Tang Dynasty, the eastern Tang Dynasty, the Southern Tang Dynasty, the northern Tang Dynasty and the long Tang Dynasty, are all close to the old Tang city. At present, there are only four villages in Wutang village, among which Zhongtang village was burned to ashes by the Japanese Army during the Anti Japanese War, leaving only a piece of debris. The tomb of Danzhu, the son of King Yao, is located in Beishi village.
