Lizhai town is located in the northwest corner of Yicheng County, with a land area of 96 square kilometers, 18 administrative villages, 28369 people and 70000 mu of arable land. There are three clay brick factories, five slag brick factories, one stone factory, nineteen sand washing factories, three gas stations, three large-scale farms, nearly 500 vegetable greenhouses and more than 8000 mu of high-quality orchards.

In July 2020, the National Patriotic Health Association decided to name Lizhai as a national health township for the period of 2017-2019.

General situation of the town

Centering on the construction goal of "the first new town in municipal construction, the first town in public welfare, the first strong town in economic development, and the first beautiful town in creating excellent environment", our town focuses on the following four aspects: the pace of industrial structure adjustment, the foundation of economic development, the construction of new countryside, and the creation of a good development environment, and strives to do 10 practical things related to people's livelihood. The first is the second round of village level activity site construction project (Tianma, Jibi, Beixu, zhengbi, Xigou, dongwuji); the second is the comprehensive agricultural development project of Beixu (15km of tractor road has been widened); the third is the new rural construction project (focusing on the construction of laoguanzhuang and Lizhai towns to comprehensively promote the level of urbanization construction); the fourth is the second phase of Fuhua dairy farm Construction project (now under construction); fifthly, Lizhai village pig biogas fruit project; sixthly, Lizhai junior high school No.2 teaching building and student restaurant construction project; seventh, Zhangqiao Hongxiang thermal insulation building materials factory construction project; Eighth, apple and walnut economic forest construction project (in laoguanzhuang, Lizhai, zhengbi, Tianma, xiwuji and other villages, more than 4000 mu of apple and 1500 mu of walnut are newly developed) The ninth is the construction project of Dongwu livestock and poultry slaughtering and deep processing project; the tenth is the drinking water safety project of Tianma and Xixu villages (involving more than 1000 households and 4000 people).

economic development

In terms of industrial development layout, the villages in the southern part of our town have superior water conservancy conditions, and the six agricultural comprehensive development zones of ganjun, Kaihua, Lizhai, Shengou, Beixu and laoguanzhuang successively manage nearly 40000 mu of land. In agriculture, we have successively completed the construction tasks of four bases of vegetables, apples, wheat breeding and cotton planting, forming a pattern of agricultural industrialization management and development; in the construction of breeding Park, we have completed the construction tasks of eight large-scale breeding parks marked by 500 large-scale dairy farms in laoguanzhuang Fuhua, with more than 100 pig farms and more than 30 1000 chicken farms emerging in the town The villages in the northern industrial park are mainly sand factories, brick factories and transportation industries, striving to increase farmers' income.
