Xingfu street is managed by Wanli Administration Bureau of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province (the administration belongs to Xinjian District). It originally belongs to Wanli District (to be cancelled), and is 18 kilometers away from the center of Nanchang city.

The total area of Xingfu street is 13.6 square kilometers, with a total population of 5593 people (2010). Management pailou, Molan, Mobei, Zhaoxian, Zhushan, Aimin six communities.

In December 2019, with the approval of the State Council, it is agreed to cancel Wanli District of Nanchang City and merge its administrative region into the New District of Nanchang city.

On June 28, 2020, Nanchang Wanli Administration Bureau was established.

On November 28, 2020, Xingfu sub district office of Nanchang Wanli Administration Bureau was established.

Historical evolution

In 1970, Meiling Management District was established as Xingfu district. In 1972, it was renamed as three districts of Meiling Management District. In 1973, Xingfu commune was established. In 1979, it was renamed as Xingfu street. In 1997, with an area of 7.5 square kilometers and a population of 6000, it has jurisdiction over four neighborhood committees, namely pailou, Tuanjie, Bonan and xiaze. In 1997, Xiangyang Street was abolished and merged into Xingfu street. Fu Xiangyang Street is located in the southeast of the District, 18 kilometers away from the center of the city. Zhaoxian Road, Zhushan road and Mopanshan South Road crisscross the territory. In 1970, Meiling Management District Xiangyang District was set up. In 1972, it was changed to Meiling Management District II. In 1973, Xiangyang commune was established, and in 1979, it was renamed Xiangyang Street. In 1997, with an area of 4.7 square kilometers and a population of 6000, it has jurisdiction over five neighborhood committees: Zhushan, Zhaoxian, Aimin, Xinqiao and Mobei. On September 5, 2002, Xiangyang sub district office was cancelled.
