Historical evolution

In July 1933, according to the decision of the Central People's Committee of the Soviet Republic of China on redividing administrative divisions, Ningdu was divided into Bosheng, Luokou and Changsheng counties.

On April 5, 1987, Changsheng township was changed into Changsheng town.
