Xiaochengzi town

Xiaochengzi Town, belonging to Ningcheng County, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Ningcheng County, adjacent to Xizi town in the East, Dachengzi town in the southwest and Kalaqin banner in the north. It is 55 kilometers away from Ningcheng county government, with a total area of 318 square kilometers.

During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1662-1722), the government set up the house of Er Fu in the area of Xiaochengzi town; in 1986, Xiaochengzi township was changed into Xiaochengzi town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in small town was 30118. In 2019, Xiaochengzi town governs 19 administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in Ningzhong village.

History of construction

During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1662-1722), the house of Er Fu was set up in the area of Xiaochengzi Town, which was called "Dachengzi house" because it was called "Dachengzi house".

In the 20th year of the Republic of China (1931), Rehe Province set up four, five and six districts of Quanzhou, and set up Daning Administration Bureau in Xiaochengzi together with karaqin Middle Banner; in December of the same year, it was changed to Ningcheng Administration Bureau. In October 1, 1932, Ningcheng county was changed. Since then, Xiaochengzi has also been called Ningcheng.

At the beginning of liberation, it was the first district with Dachengzi.

In 1958, when the commune was established, it belonged to Dachengzi commune.

In 1961, it was separated from Dachengzi commune to build Xiaochengzi.

In 1968, the Revolutionary Committee of Xiaochengzi commune was established.

In 1983, Xiaochengzi commune was transformed into Xiaochengzi township.
