Tiexi Street

Tiexi Street office is located in Tiexi 2nd Street, Anda City. East to Caoqiao and Xinfadi, adjacent to Xiluoyuan and Nanyuan sub district offices; South to Yangcao and Nanlai. It covers an area of 50.28 square kilometers and is shaped like a strip from east to west. The office is in the new village. It has jurisdiction over 21 community neighborhood committees, with a total of 32894 residents (in 2010). Xincun sub district office is the largest sub district office in the eight districts of the city.

development history

The office was established in June 1958. In the early stage, the two bungalows in the family kindergarten of Qiaochang new village were used for office, named Tiexi Street office. After the office moved to Ge Village, in 1963 moved to Fanjia village primary school. In March 1983, Xincun sub district office and huangtugang commune merged into huangtugang regional office. On June 6, 1985, it moved to the new building of the Party School of the former huangtugang commune in sihezhuang. On April 23, 1987, it was separated from Huaxiang township (the former huangtugang commune). The name and organizational system of Xincun sub district office were restored, and it moved to Sili, Xincun on May 18, 1987. There was no place name of "new village" in Fengtai District. Fengtai Bridge factory was built in 1952 between Xinzhuang in the East, Fengtai South Road in the south, Yongfeng machinery factory in the West and zaoyugou in the north. It was built in 1957 and named "new village", which means new village. The office was named after it when it was established.

Transportation advantages

In terms of transportation, there are Mingshen, Anchang, hadabao and other three main highways running through the area, and the north is close to anda station, which makes Tiexi become a hub area. In addition, anda station is a large freight marshalling station, connecting all parts of the country. The location advantage of Anda village will become the next hot spot for investment.
