Guanghua town

It is located at the south foot of Luliang Mountain, east of Xiangning County, east of Yaodu District, south of Xiangfen County, west of Shuanghe Township and north of Taitou Town, with a total area of 137.82 square kilometers. Guanghua town was called Niuwang temple in ancient times, also known as Jincheng town. After liberation, it was renamed Guanghua town to commemorate the martyr Comrade Dong Guanghua. The geographical coordinates are 110 ° 09 ′ 20 ″ e to 111 ° 17 ′ 03 ″ and 35 ° 55 ′ 50 ″ n to 36 ° 07 ′ 10 ″. It has jurisdiction over 18 village committees and 97 natural villages with a population of 22164 (2017).

Guanghua town is a hilly and gully area, high in the northwest and low in the southeast. In the middle, huoduyu river flows from north to south through Guanghua, Shangyao, qilangmiao, Wanli and Putou, leaving Xiangfen county. The highest altitude is 1472m in Qinwang mountain, the lowest is 590m in Putou village, and the relative elevation difference is 882m.

In 2007, the town's grain output reached 5804 tons, including 3320 tons of wheat and 2230 tons of autumn grain.

Animal Husbandry

According to the development idea of "small scale and large group", three demonstration breeding bases of Haiyan, Changyuan and Xinyuan have been built, and the radiation development has driven a number of breeding industries. There are 126 large-scale farmers in the town. By the end of 2007, there were 5001 pigs, 6720 cattle, 20565 sheep and 42535 chickens in the town.

Forestry

The project of returning farmland to forest has been completed for 2300 mu, afforestation for 22000 mu in barren hills has been carried out, 700000 Sophora japonica trees have been planted on the ridge, 300000 jujube trees have been grafted, and more than 30000 high-quality walnuts have been planted. We have completed the greening task of Xiangtai Road 17 km channel, implemented the phase I and phase II greening project of huoduyu River and the square greening project of Putou coal pipe station, and further improved the ecological environment.

Industry

Industrial economy is mainly coal mining, washing machine, coking, power generation and chemical industry. There are three village run coal mines in the town, with an annual output of 700000 tons of raw coal, 21 coal washing enterprises with an annual input of 2.7 million tons of raw coal, and one coking plant with an annual output of 600000 tons of high-quality metallurgical coke. Transportation

309 National Highway, Xiangguang highway and Guanghe highway meet here. The oil road from qilangmiao to jinzhongsi of Shuanghe township will be connected soon. The whole town has 80 kilometers of oil road to the village, and the traffic condition has improved significantly. There are more than 500 transport households and 930 large transport vehicles in the town.

Post and telecommunication

Among the 18 village committees in the town, 14 village committees have made telephone calls. The number of fixed telephone has reached 2100, and the number of broadband users has reached 450. There are 8 mobile and Unicom base stations in the whole town, basically realizing no blind area for communication in the whole town.

The closed-circuit television project has been implemented in every village. 1600 households in 8 village committees can receive 40 channels of TV programs. Guanghua cable TV station has been built with 6 staff members.

Culture, education and health

The town cultural activity center and middle-aged and old people's activity center have been built, and six village committees have built cultural activity centers. Huodu Weifeng, gongs and drums, bamboo horse, dry boat, Yangko and other traditional cultural entertainment are rich and colorful, and have participated in the county performances for many times. There are more than 1200 students in the eight track system of town run middle schools. All central primary schools are boarding schools, multimedia teaching and distance education network are installed. Health and family planning: 3 million yuan was invested in the construction of the outpatient building of Guanghua Town Central Health Center, and the purchase of X-ray machine, blood flow detector, blood cell analyzer, lung function detector, B-ultrasound and other advanced medical equipment. The participation rate of rural residents reached 97%. The birth rate should be controlled within 12 ‰.

water conservancy

Focusing on the safe drinking water project for people and livestock in the town, 22 water diversion projects and 5 water lifting projects were implemented, which solved the drinking water problem of 8000 people in 38 villages, including Putou, qilangmiao, Shangyao, Houyu, Bantou, pingpo, Tuyao and Guanghua.
