Zhengcun town
Zhengcun town is located in the southeast of Qinshui, adjacent to Zezhou County in the East, yangchengdao in the south, Jiafeng town in the West and Duanshi town in the north, with a total area of 92.64 square kilometers. Formerly known as Zhengcun Township, it was restructured into Zhengcun town in January 2001, under the jurisdiction of 26 villages. In 2003, it has jurisdiction over 18 villages, 119 villager groups, 71 natural villages and 16628 permanent residents (2017). The area of cultivated land is 1794 hectares. The town government is located in Xiaozhuang village, 72 kilometers away from the county. County Road Xu Jia highway through the township.
In November 2017, Zhengcun was awarded the fifth national civilized village.

economic development
The territory has a warm climate and convenient transportation. The average temperature is 12.2 ℃, the annual precipitation is 580.2 mm, and the frost free period is 210 days. Crops can be planted twice a year, the main varieties are wheat, corn, cotton, sesame, oil sunflower, potato and so on. In 2003, another 4.2 million yuan was invested to build a 5.5 km secondary oil road from Wu'an to Xiangyu, and 12.16 million yuan was invested to build 11 25.9 km cement (oil) roads connecting villages. Since 1986, relying on abundant coal resources, the town has successively set up eight village and town coal mines, such as Banyu, Xiangyu, Houcun, zaopogou and nanhetan, so that the whole town can get rid of poverty and become rich. Since 2000, we have increased investment in coal mine safety, solved the high gas problem of long-term mine safety production, implemented the reform of coal mining methods, and improved the resource mining rate and lump carbon rate. In 2003, the town produced 890000 tons of raw coal. The total industrial output value is 132 million yuan, accounting for 84% of the total industrial and agricultural output value. The per capita tax paid was 1198238 yuan, which was 10 times of the per capita income of the peasants in 1986. There is no condition to open a pure agricultural village of coal mine, actively adjust the industrial structure, adjust measures to local conditions, and develop planting and breeding. In 2003, there were 13 chicken farms, including 22860 chickens and 5660 sheep. At the same time, the "seed revolution" was actively carried out, with more than 85% of the excellent seed area. The total grain output is 3815 tons, 142 kg per mu, 29.39% higher than that in 1986. The total oil production is 437 tons. Accounting for 13% of the total output of the county.

The infrastructure in the territory is complete. By the end of 2008, every village had access to electricity, water and roads. 16 villages are connected by telephone, with 100% mobile communication coverage and 75% TV coverage. There are 1 township health center and 18 village health centers. There are 1 junior middle school and 33 primary schools with 2040 students, and the enrollment rate of school-age children is 100%.
