Panlong Town, Shuicheng District, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province, is located in the southeast of Shuicheng District, Liupanshui City, 54 kilometers away from the city center. The township has a total area of 150.52 square kilometers, 26 administrative villages and 127 villager groups. There are 8197 households and 33771 people in the township, 85% of which are connected to highway villages, and 6064 households are connected to electricity, with 76% of them connected to electricity, 24% to forest, 37% to forest and grass, 50% to television, and 30% to drinking clean tap water.
