Yongan Town
Yong'an town is located in the northwest of Fenggang county, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, China. It is the first town of China's tea brigade, the national key town of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development, the provincial demonstration town, the key development town of Fenggang county, and the administrative system reform demonstration town of Fenggang county. It is about 35 kilometers away from the county, covering an area of 119.3 square kilometers, and has a population of nearly 30000 people. It governs two communities, three villages, 179 villager groups, together with Mashan town and Xi'an town of Meitan county Hezhen, Fuxing Town, xieba township of Zheng'an County, Xinjian town and Suiyang town of the county are bordered. It is the economic, cultural and material distribution center of Meitan, Fenggang and Zheng'an counties.

Historical process
In 1931, Yonglong district (now Yongan Town) was established. In 1941, Yongan Lianbao was set up in Yongan Town. In April after 1950, Fenggang county set up four districts, including Yong'an, Chongxin, Tianba, Daba, Changshan, Huilong, Delong (now jianqiaotang Village), Xinjian, guantian, Xingang (now Xingang village of Suiyang town) and Shimen (now Shimen village of Suiyang town).
In August 1955, Yong'an district had jurisdiction over Yong'an, Tianba, Huilong, Chongxin, guantian, Delong, Xinjian and Xingang. 1955 was the climax of the development of the national mutual aid and cooperation movement. Chairman Mao wrote in his review of "how Chongxin Township, Fenggang county (now Chongxin village, Yong'an town) carried out mutual aid and cooperation under the leadership of the Party branch": "the line of this place is correct."
In December 1958, Fenggang county abolished the county system and merged into Meitan County, and established Suiyang commune, which governs Suiyang, guanba, tuxi, Shiba, Xinjian, Delong, Huilong, etc. (now Longshan Village, Yong'an town). Yong'an commune was set up separately (county directly under the central government). In February 1963, the system of Yong'an district was restored. In November 1965, Yongan District governed Xingang commune, which was divided into Suiyang district.
In November 1969, Yong'an commune set up Chongxin commune with production teams of Chongxin, Hongxing, Shuanglian and Qinggang.
From 1978 to 1983, Yongan District Office was located in Xinjie, which had jurisdiction over seven commune management committees, namely Yongan commune, Tianba commune, Chongxin commune, Huilong commune, Xinjian commune, Delong commune (renamed qiaotang commune in June 1983) and guantian commune.
In June 1983, Huilong commune of Yong'an district was renamed Longshan commune.
In July 1984, Yongan District governed seven townships, namely Yongan Township, Tianba Township, Chongxin Township, Longshan Township, guantian Township, Xinjian Township and qiaotang township.
In July 1992, the former Yong'an district was abolished and Yong'an town was established, which was merged by the former Yong'an Township, Tianba Township, Chongxin Township and Longshan township. New township, guantian Township and qiaotang township will be designated. (Xinjian Township shall be established by merging the former Xinjian Township, guantian Township and qiaotang township).
After 2000, with the tide of withdrawing villages from rural areas, the administrative division of Yong'an town has gradually stabilized. Yong'an town governs Yonglong community, Yong'an village, Tianba village, Chongxin village and Longshan Village.
In 2016, Tianba village of Yong'an town was abolished and Tianba community was established. At present, Yonglong community, Tianba community, Yong'an village, Chongxin village and Longshan Village are under the jurisdiction of Yong'an town.
Cultural relics and ancient books
1、 Ren's manor in hanba mountain, Yong'an.
It is located in Longshan Village, Yong'an Town, Fenggang county. Ren's ancestors left manors and stone horns of the Qing Dynasty in the village. In the late Qing Dynasty, there was a man named Ren Zuomi in hanba mountain. He liked martial arts and practiced martial arts. In the 23rd year of Guangxu (1897 AD), the Qing Dynasty was a scholar, and Ren Zuomei took the exam. He won the first place among Wu Xiucai, became "Ding Youke Jieyuan", and also became the "leader" of this farm. As a scholar of Mei Kao, he built pavilions, manors, horns and masts with stones. The wooden manor next to the pavilion is a quadrangle patio with beautiful shape. The manor is divided into two floors, one is upstairs and the other is downstairs. The railings beside the corridor, the windows and lintels of the wooden walls above and below are carved with different images of flowers and birds. The courtyard is made of stone floor, and there are birds and animals standing on both sides of the steps. A lion and an elephant are carved on the mast stone outside the pavilion. A conch carved on the mast stone is vivid and vivid. Ren's manor in hanba mountain has been well preserved for hundreds of years. It is a rare work of art.
2、 Yongan anti drug monument.
Standing in the dam of Yongan Town, it is a county-level cultural relics protection unit. The monument was built by celebrities, scholars and ordinary people in Yong'an District of Fengquan county (now Fenggang county) in 1917 for Lang Yuncheng. It is about two meters high, 60 cm wide and 16 cm thick. It was originally erected at the bridge behind Yong'an street. During the cultural revolution of the last century, it was pushed down by the river and used as a washing stone. After the reform and opening up, it was discovered by local intellectuals that it regained its importance. It was moved to the original Yong'an cinema, and then to the nursing home for the aged.
