Mingshan farm
Mingshan farm is located in Luobei County, adjacent to Heilongjiang in the north, Jiangbin farm in the East, Junchuan farm in the south, halou highway in the west, Yanjun farm and Gongqing farm.
Heilongjiang production and Construction Corps of Shenyang Military Region was set up in June 1968, and it became the 12th corps of the second division. In 1977, the production and Construction Corps was abolished. It was changed into a state-owned farm of Heilongjiang General Bureau of agricultural reclamation, which was subordinate to Baoquanling Management Branch. The total area is 290.8 square kilometers, including 52.8 square kilometers of land, 11.8 square kilometers of woodland and 33.3 square kilometers of water, accounting for 18%, 4% and 11.5% respectively. The cultivated land is 230000 mu, including 72% dry land and 28% paddy land. The farm is rich in resources and fertile land, with more than 80000 mu of arable land and 670 billion cubic meters of groundwater storage. The farm has 19 production companies under its jurisdiction. By the end of 1997, the total population was 11389, including 6496 agricultural population, 98.8% Han population, and the rest ethnic minorities. in 2010, the total population was 10587.
