Xiazhuang town

Xiazhuang town is located in the eastern part of the county, the southern edge of the Huang Huai Hai Plain, and the northern foot of the Dabie Mountains. The origin of place names

His wife nianxi was very loyal. Seeing that the place was surrounded by water on three sides, he asked his servant to rest here. The servant turned around and came back to report: "there is no place for the horses to be tied." Liu Xiu picked up a stick from the ground at random, and said: "Liao Tiandi wedge peg --- under the pile." I don't think this sentence has become a allegorical saying of later generations, which is widely spread in Xi county and even the whole country. In 25 A.D., Liu Xiu established the Eastern Han Dynasty and set up Xinxi Houfu in Xinxi county. He named the place where he tied horses as "Xiazhuang" and later evolved into "Xiazhuang".
