Zhou Village, a town of Jizhou, Hengshui, Hebei, is located in the southwest of Jizhou, east of Zhangxiu Township, Zaoqiang County, South and south of the Wu Village, North Zhanghuai Township, West and New River County, North connecting Xuzhuang Township Jizhou Town, with an area of 77.09 square kilometers, and as of 2018, 25559 registered residence.

In August 1958, it belonged to Xujiazhuang commune. In 1961, jianenguan commune was founded. On May 12, 1982, it was changed into Zhoucun township. In October 1985, Zhoucun township was changed into a town. In January 1996, Zaoyuan Township and Wuzhao Township were merged. As of June 2020, Zhoucun town has 45 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
