Fenghuang town is a natural town. It is located in the middle of the southwest of Changxing Township, on both sides of majiagang and on the Yangtze River. Changxing Township People's government resident. It was originally named yawo Shaxi Town. In 1933, Gu Qingfeng and Huang Chaoxiang lived here and opened a shop, so it was renamed Fenghuang town. The settlement is square. The area is about 20 hectares. Population 1700. There are more than 20 Township and village run factories and more than 20 shops. Aquatic products trading is active. An orange Festival is held here every October. Majiagang runs through the Yangtze River in the south. There is a sluice and a ferry station.
