Beihuan street is under the jurisdiction of Weidong District, Pingdingshan City, Henan Province. In 2006, it governed one community and three village committees: Tiebei community, xianiu village, Zhuyuan village and Shangzhang village.

Beihuan road sub district office was established in November 2003.
