Shangan Town, subordinate to Jingxing County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Jingxing County, bordering Luquan District in the East, Weishui town in the West and Weizhou town in the north, with an administrative area of 57.74 square kilometers.

In 1949, Shangan town belonged to the Fifth District of Jingxing County; in November 1988, Shangan town was established by merging Shangan Township and Xiling township. By the end of 2018, the population of Shang an town registered residence was 23779. As of June 2020, Shangan town has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in shanganxi village.

In 2011, the total revenue of Shangan town was 33.92 million yuan, an increase of 44.3% over the previous year. History of construction

In 1949, Shangan town belonged to the Fifth District of Jingxing county.

In 1958, it belonged to Shangan commune.

In 1984, it was changed to Shangan township.

In 1985, a micro water area was set up.

In November 1988, Shangan town was established by merging Shangan Township and Xiling township.

Dongtianmen is located on BAISHILING, 4km to the east of Jingxing county. It is a historic site with more than 2000 years of cultural accumulation and historical witness in Jingxing county. There are two buildings in the East and the West. There are some ancient buildings in the city, such as Chenyu temple, Guandi temple, stage, Hanshan Temple and so on. The ancient post road is about 800 meters long.
