Nanyanzhu town is located in the west of Shouyang County, connecting the county in the East and Yuci in the West. Taijiu Expressway and Yuci highway run through the town for 25 km, covering 150 square kilometers and 97000 mu. The town has 21 administrative villages and 53 natural villages, and the town government is 10 km away from the county.

Nanyanzhu town is one of the four towns in Shouyang County, with a population of 18000, convenient transportation, fertile land, rich resources and outstanding people. Centering on the three goals of "rural economic development, agricultural foundation enhancement and farmers' income improvement", the town Party committee and the town government have accelerated the pace of building a harmonious society, and achieved the goal of "agricultural adjustment and upgrading, industrial capital introduction, financial revenue growth and farmers' income achieving good results".
