Chengguan Town
Chengguan Town, belonging to Linhe District of Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the suburb of Linhe district. It is adjacent to Yonggang main canal in the East, Xizhao branch canal and Bayi street in the west, Shuanghe town in the south, ganzhaomiao town in the west, and bainaobao Town, Langshan town and wulantuke town in the north. It covers an area of 117.67 square kilometers. In 2018, Chengguan town had 29860 registered residence population.
In 1958, rocket commune was established. In 1982, Chengguan commune was transformed into Chengguan Township. In April 2001, Chengguan Township was merged with Xuhai village and Yuanjing village of badai Township into Chengguan town. As of June 2020, Chengguan town has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages, and the people's Government of Chengguan town is located in Sanhai village.
In 2018, there were 21 industrial enterprises in Chengguan Town, including 2 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 14 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution

In 1982, Chengguan commune was transformed into Chengguan Township.
In April 2001, Chengguan Township was merged with Xuhai village and Yuanjing village of badai Township into Chengguan town.

In the total population, the Han nationality is the main, accounting for 16044, accounting for 82.4%; there are Mongolian, Hui, Tibetan, Bai and other ethnic minorities, a total of 3429, accounting for 17.6%.
