Chengguan Town, subordinate to fan County, Henan Province, was founded in February 1990. It is located at the junction of Northern Henan and Western Shandong. It borders Shen County, Liaocheng City, Shandong Province in the north and connects fan County New District across Jindi in the south. It has a total area of 15 square kilometers and a population of 44000, including 8488 agricultural population. It has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages and 5480 mu of cultivated land.
